Christmas, Christmas.. I wish I could be a child again. I just don't want to stop believing in Santa. This is the magic I would like to keep for ever.
Today I would like to introduce you to Eliza from Poland. She is very talented and today she would like to share her Red Christmas Card idea. To make this card Eliza has used the gorgeous Penny Black Cling Rubber Stamp - Fairy Holly. This Christmas card has 5 layers, and the lace gives a delicate, decorative accent. To color the Christmas Fairy, Eliza used ProMarkers by Letraset.
Thank you Eliza for sharing the Christmas Card idea with us!
Silhouette Cameo 2 Electronic Cutter - this is a new version of Silhouette Cameo. We already know that using Cameo we can cut paper, vinyl, textile, and even felt (for felt cutting please use the Wonder-Under). This machine has many useful functions, a lot of crafters can use it as a personal cutter. With Silhouette Cameo 2 the company introduced a really awesome function - PixScan Technology. PixScan Technology allows you to take a picture of the image you would like to cut out. You can use any camera, even your phone or tablet. Next step is to upload the picture to the Silhouette software and you are ready to cut. Pretty cool!!
Silhouette Cameo 2 has an LCD touch screen, so you can choose some options directly from the panel.
The crosscutter tool will help you to cut a vinyl, stencil and other materials.
Agnes Borysewicz made this Vintage Flower Tutorial for all of you. Enjoy.
Do you want to know how to make a Vintage Flower? It is very easy. You need to have 2"x12" (or longer) piece of textile, scissors, thread, and needle.
Fold the textile into half.
Stitch two layers together using a Running Stitch. "Weave your needle in and out of the fabric creating the look of a dashed line. Stitch about 1/8-inch stitches with equal length spaces between them.
See more at sew4home."
Pull the thread, fold the ends and stitch them together.
Add some embellishments or any button to decorate the center of the flower, and now your Vintage flower is ready to be put on your project.
